Jonathan is the steady hand behind NIU Plant. He keeps the company structured, compliant and moving in the right direction. From handling approvals to shaping the mill’s long-term direction, Jonathan anchors the business with a calm, practical approach.

Vhinossh supports NIU Plant from the strategic side, helping shape how the mill thinks, grows and plans its next steps. His background in architecture and project management gives him a habit of breaking problems down, refining systems and setting clear standards. Educated in Bellerbys College, Oxford and Nottingham University and trained through the RIBA programme at Foster + Partners, Vhinossh brings a mix of design thinking and real-world execution.

Operations Team

The heart of NIU Plant is the people who run the mill every day. Coconut processing is hands-on, skill-driven and rhythm-based — and this team keeps everything moving with steady pace and real craft.

Core Leads

  • Gurudave Production Executive
    Coordinates the flow of daily operations, keeps machines and people moving in sync, and makes sure the mill hits its targets without losing its discipline.
  • Henry Quality Control, Packaging and Marketing
    Checks, packs and prepares products for the market, keeping quality tight and presentation consistent. Also handles small-scale local outreach for NIU Plant’s edible line.
  • Dinn Mechanical Lead
    Maintains the equipment, monitors performance and keeps the mill’s mechanical systems reliable and safe.

Production Crew

  • Deshelling Team (5 deshellers + 1 refiller)
    The first hands the coconut meets. They set the pace for the entire mill with steady, precise work that keeps the line flowing.
  • Paring Team (5 parers + 1 refiller)
    The team responsible for the fine trimming and cleaning of coconut meat — the detail stage where consistency really begins.
  • Meat Washing (1 operator)
    Washes, checks and prepares coconut meat before drying. The edible line starts taking shape here.
  • Dryer Control (1 operator)
    Manages timing, moisture and heat to keep output predictable and within standards.
  • Oil Press & Lab (1 operator)
    Handles edible oil pressing and basic checks that keep quality and yield in line.
  • Heating & Maintenance (1 operator)
    Manages the heater systems and general maintenance, keeping energy stable and the mill safe to operate.
